Bohemian Pilsner is a somewhat stronger Pilsner, strongly and concisely hopped with Bohemian hops, refined with dry hopping! Edition 1: Aurora, Cascade and Amarillo Edition 2: Aurora, Tettnanger and Comet Beer profile: A strong, firm white foam covers the crown of this pale pilsner beer! We are greeted by fine, subtle fruity notes of citrus fruit on the nose. At the first sip, a fine, harmonious acidity and a tannic taste reminiscent of a tea infusion reach our palate. The bitterness is concise and noticeable, but by no means intrusive. Edition 1: light citrus notes with fine tannic notes reminiscent of tea. Edition 2: strong, clear bitterness with subtle dry hopping - not a beer for weak hop drinkers.
