Beer description
B.P.A.V.K (Baltic Provenance & Village Knowledge) takes the highest quality malts available to produce a rich, smooth & decadent base beer. Each month we choose a new pastry, pudding, or dessert as inspiration around which a malt bill is formed, with particular flavours further emphasized with a blend of post-fermentation ingredients & flavours.
This month we’ve chosen to use a higher proportion of chocolate, biscuit & roasted malts to extract flavours of dark chocolate & brownie. Post fermentation we’ve added more chocolate flavours to accentuate the aroma was well as the cacao notes on the palette.
