Description

Founded in early 2017 in a garage in Northamptonshire, the brewery is tiny, but productive. On the hot side, have a hand-built 225 litre brewhouse with a hot liquor tank, HERMS vessel, Mash/lauter tun, brew kettle and whirlpool. Using this system can easily brew twice per day and sometimes three. Inside, have the air-conditioned fermentation chamber with fermentation capacity of around 4000L/month. Also have extra space for bottle and keg conditoning. Currently package most of beer in keg and bottle, with very limited craft cask releases. In late 2018, added a canning line and release limited edition 440ml cans as often as can!
