Booneshine - Bitter Faculty

Bitter Faculty is an envelope pushing IPA, with tons of hop character from essential oils from New River Distilling, balanced by a solid malt profile. Biller Faculty is a big honkin’ double IPA, dedicated to all those professors out there who are currently dealing with tough economic times, difficult legislatures, challenging administrators, entitled students and endless assessments. It’s no wonder some of them can be so bitter. Proceeds from this beer go to support Ivory Tower Inc. and the App State Fermentation Sciences department.
