Beer description
Notes: Brewed with 55% Triticum Monococccum, the first domesticated corn. Clear amber body. Bright white head Very good head storage and lacing. Aroma: malty, fruity (apricot), coriander, yeast. Dry finish eroded as malt. Medium to medium-sized body. Interesting and pleasant.
