In 2004, Leonardo Di Vincenzo decided to exchange his academic career for brewing his hobby beer. He founded his own brewery in Borgorose, a small village on the border between Abruzzo and Lazio. Here are the recipes for the most popular beers such as ReAle, Duchessa and My Antonia. Already in 2009, the brewery expanded with an additional production facility, the so-called new brewery. The beers of del Borgo are constantly monitored for their quality and their elegant taste guaranteed by comparative tastings. Leonardo Di Vincenzo is an advocate of good taste and high-quality ingredients - even beyond his brewing manufactory. So, together with friends, he founded a restaurant that takes up the cause of pizza and beer "Gourmet". And he is also involved in the famous "Open Baladin", a beer house on the Campo de 'Fiori in Rome. But that's not all: he also opened the pub "La Birreria" in New York in 2011 together with Theo Musso and Sam Calagione.
