Beer description

This beer is a perfect color reference for "golden yellow". Strong and minimally clouded, this ale is a real pleasure for the eye. Not too intense foam formation, but a pure white, fine-pored foam layer covers the beer short as thick as a finger. Aromatic, I don't really want to trust my nose at first - is that really pineapple? Yes it is! And extremely powerful. Also existing citrus notes only take on accompanying functions. And then a clear trace of coriander. Even if this beer is definitely one of the stronger ones - you don't notice much of it in the first drink. The alcohol is well hidden and fruity and sweet. Malty notes alternate with spicy coriander notes. The carbonic acid is extremely fine and active and plays lively on the tongue. The sweet tones become weaker and weaker over the course of time and now make way for alcohol and the first herbal hop notes. Slowly you start to realize the alcohol content. In the finish, the hops make their big appearance. "Clear the stage", because with an accompanying herbal note, the bitter hop influences now come and make the sweet flavors out of it. They don't quite make it, but the hops bitter end wonderfully on the tongue and palate. Much more complexity is almost no longer possible.
