Beer description

This alien beer experience starts with a dark reddish copper color, so red as on the label, it is not, but still opaque mysterious, as befits an alien. Something foam-like is experienced only shortly after pouring, not even finger-thick forms a short-lived medium-pored Schaumkrone. The alien aroma is predominantly fruity sweet, some forest berry aromas next to citrus notes. Already at the first sip the very faint carbonic acid is noticeable. One has almost the feeling to feel each single carbon dioxide bubble individually on the tongue. What starts as fruity berry with orange aromas rather sweet, that gets soonherher notes, which intensify more and more. The malt also speaks its own word without becoming too intense. But suddenly the beautiful full-bodied malting body is there. The scarcity of carbonic acid is not really negative at the Rezenz. On the contrary, the ale stays fresh, light and easy drinkable. In the after-drink, the hops may also be fed again. Tart bitter notes that elegantly add a long aftertaste to the fruity notes of orange.
