Beer description
What I have here in the glass does not remind me so much of a draft beer. Strong dark golden amber color with a rich hue. On top an intense fine creamy foam with a good stability. Even the nose picks was hoppy and yeasty notes. Fruity malt notes are sought in vain. In the Antrunk then a very light beer, but which comes along with a bitterness, which makes some beer full pale. The light, slender malt sweetness holds up bravely with yeasty notes, but quickly loses this hopeless fight. The carbon dioxide keeps elegant in the background, slightly sparkling on the tongue. The beer is guilty of a real body. Light and easy, it goes with the bittern notes in the after-drink. You almost want to accuse the beer of watering down something, but with the lightness and the hop aromas, it's easy to miss.
