Bierzauberei - California IPA

Bright, strong amber color with pleasant orange tones and a very strong and stable head with medium pore. Very intense herbal hoppy notes in the aroma alongside the typical orange and citrus aromas. Not too strong hop aromas in the initial taste with light toasted notes and the continued fruity citrus aromas. In addition, a very intense bitterness for which beer magic is known. Interestingly, the carbonation in the middle part decreases a bit without this being noticed negatively. Instead, more malty flavors with light caramel notes. Dry tart bitter aftertaste with very long-lasting bitter notes ending. Not a hop bomb, but a very balanced overall impression. Californian relaxed!
