Darker golden color with a slight cloudiness and a white, medium-pored and intense head that is perfectly stable on this beer. Already here the difference to its Cologne relatives is manifested purely optically. The nose is confronted with herbal and stone fruit aromas. Already in the initial taste there is a present, but restrained hop bitterness. Very tasty and full-bodied - presumably due to the wheat content of the malt fill - a beautiful medium body develops. The carbon dioxide goes perfectly with this beer in terms of intensity and appearance. In the aftermath, nuances reminiscent of elderflower are added to the taste and let the beer end very harmoniously with the malt notes that have now also been added.
