This Barley Wine is a mixture of several batches of beer matured in different alcoholic oak barrels. Its complex aroma of oak, dark and sweet caramel, dark fruits and berries results from a complex brewing process combined with the long time in the oak barrels. A perfect beer, brewed to be shared on special occasions.
