Beer description
One-off 357 bottles - IPA Sanjana matured in wood casks - stored for 6 months in an oak cask filled with whiskey. For the one-year birthday of Beerlovers Vienna. Amber colored, naturally cloudy. Fresh, exotic-fruity, slightly sour notes. Licorice on the nose, harmony of fruitiness and acidity in the initial taste. Rapidly sounding, present and persistent bitterness (> 60 bitter units). Ingredients: water, barley malt, rye malt, hops (Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Amarillo)
