Beer description
Refreshingly tangy Weisse with a slight hint of hops and aromas of apple, pear, banana and citrus. A fine acidity plays around the palate. Brewed with Theinheim spring water, selected Pilsner and Munich caramel malts and noble hops from the Hallertau region. Produced according to a 150-year-old brewing method and fermented with yeast cells from the Theinheim air. Ideal with fish, salads and summer dishes.
