You can tell December’s here just by noticing how, all over Europe, spiced Christmas flavours are slowly taking over. While the western part of the continent might be dressing it’s cities up to the nines, the eastern part’s marked mostly by a more relaxed atmosphere. The days are chilly and our breath’s already frozen, but since we want our spirits to be brighter than our sweaters we decided to line the delicate structure of wheat stout with some cardamom and nutmeg. It turned out quite cozy: creamy banana tones wrapped in a coffee and caramel aftertaste, all suffused with New Year spices. It’s time for the Tweekend
