Bakunin Brewery - Memento

We just couldn’t resist and ended up releasing a sour, but just for the season we made it an imperial. Our new imperial sour ale Memento is full of all of autumn’s fruity and berry notes with a sour edge symbolizing our nostalgia for sweet, summer days. Into the mix we added a lot of juice from ripe, southern cherries and the true berry of the north: cranberries.
