Beer description
In mid-September we met with our friends from Brighton, England: The Lost + Found team. Our first Russian-British cooperation was born on the edge of autumn St. Petersburg. We made notes from our colleagues' expertise on the juiciness of IPAs and did not use hops as usual. Instead, we unleashed the power of its natural freshness and lupulin in a hot tub along with a few rounds of dry bouncing. In the end, we received a dry, hop-rich nectar with exquisite bitterness, which is infused with the citrus and fruit aromas of Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Galaxy. After the name, we turn to the magic of numbers - the year our hometown was founded: 1703. Drink exactly at 5:03 p.m.
