Beer description

Partitur 3 is a fine specialty (green hop brew) with a small amount of spelled malt and white, persistent foam. Its scent is carried by fruits such as mandarin, blueberry and citrus. In the mouth, a pleasant hops note unfolds with fresh, fruity notes that can also be slightly “grassy”. A pleasant, fruity cushioned bitterness sets in in the aftermath. The best drinking temperature for the sound of hops, score 3, is 9 degrees Celsius. Brewmaster's note: There is only one chance a year to brew and drink this special beer, which is why brewers and connoisseurs alike find green hop beers to be something particularly great. As 100 years ago, the cones are harvested by hand. The hops (Bavaria Mandarin, Comet) come from our own organic cultivation and are brewed in a so-called green hop brew immediately after harvest. This allows the entire spectrum of hops to come into their own.
