Beer description

The Andechser Hell, brewed using the traditional multiple mashing process, impresses with a bright, straw-yellow and brilliant appearance. Its foam is stable and fine-pored. For the nose, it has pure and cellar-fresh olfactory notes, soft malt aromas, interspersed with floral hop tones. Pleasantly tangy in the drink, it has a light and smooth body. The mild sweetness combines well with a velvety-soft hop bitterness. The finish is round and harmonious.

Gewohnt wie bei einem hellen, strohgelb, eher dünnere Schaumkrone. Von Anfang bis Ende einen gut ausgeglichenen hopfigen Aroma aber nicht zu aufdringlich.
