Beer description

Luminous gold in color and brilliantly clear in appearance, it makes you want to take the first sip with its firm, fine-pored foam. Strong malt and floral-hoppy aroma notes are interspersed with light fruit aromas. Despite its strength, the Bergbock is pleasantly full-bodied, combined with a strong but not intrusive body. A very subtle, fine hop bitterness combines with a light honey sweetness to a soft, harmonious finish.

Optisch sehr hell und klar. Wenig Schaum. Dezente süsse Heunote. Sehr sehr süß im Andrunk, erinnert an Apfelsaft.
