Birra del Borgo - Ambra

A rich body and an important foam anticipate a complex aroma profile. Thus begins the long journey of this beer inspired by the great Belgian brewing tradition. On the nose, the aromas given by the yeast are intense and persuasive. The ethyl notes are just hinted at and sweetened by hints of caramel and dried fruit.
