Traditional American Pale Ale If you know our CEO, you also know that he is a man of many faces and temperaments. Our junior assistant brewer likes to call him "Purple Face" because admittedly that's his default color - especially when paired with the aforementioned temperament. He mostly ignores her mischievous Brazilian ways. Sometimes he threatens to deport her to Brazil or, even worse, to Scania, where she worked for a few years. Then she laughs even harder, knowing that he's really just a bully but a softie at heart. Most of the time, our CEO and head brewer keep their responsibilities strictly separate. Well, they're both our founding fathers and sole owners, but while our head brewer handles the brewing and brewery logistics, our CEO is the one who handles pretty much everything else. If there's a problem at the brewery, it almost certainly ends up on his desk - and then hopefully it gets fixed. However, our CEO has a secret fetish for American Pale Ales. Every three or four years he gets upset and thinks we should make a new APA because our current one is too bad. So technically, he's now interfering in our head brewer's work. But he just shrugs, smiles and lets the CEO come up with a new APA recipe. So he stays quiet for a few more years. Easy Rider is just that, a rare formula created by our CEO. It's simple and solid, as he once described himself as a "hollow brewer".
