Kurt actually DID make it home to Kirstinehøj before Christmas last year after his somewhat embarrassing showdown with that Californian speedo Santa in California. But his stay in Tulare County Jail is clearly not something he wants to talk about, as in not at all. He got through his Santa duties without any trouble, but then Kurt got into it and restlessness started to creep in. Because Kurt Santa has started talking about Ukraine. He thinks it's a bloody mess down there, and we don't disagree with that at all. But even though Kurt promises that he has no intention of taking part in actual combat operations, we still strongly warn him not to venture down there. His plan to deliver aid with his flying sleigh just doesn't seem well thought out. After all, both sides in the conflict have air defences that happily shoot down their opponents' drones. And what if Kurt and his flying reindeer suddenly appear on radar? We don't even dare to think about it... But if we know Kurt - and we know him pretty well - he doesn't take good and well-meaning advice like you do. So at the moment, we're pretty damn busy looking for bulletproof vests. Kurt's was no problem, but if you know anyone who sells bulletproof vests for reindeer, we'd love to hear about it.
