Beer description
Freshly harvested pine cones from the Styrian Zirbitzkogel are cut into thin slices and stored on wort for 8 months. The stone pines make the beer wonderfully resinous, the wild yeast and bacteria have conjured up a wonderfully multi-layered and intense beer. The blossom honey brings a fine note and raises the alcohol to a whopping 8.3%.
