Since early 2015, Grazer Alfried Borkenstein brews Ale and calls it Alefried. The beers are produced in small batches lovingly by hand in Styria. Alefried beers are completely natural and are neither filtered nor pasteurized. The particularly fine carbon dioxide is naturally produced by secondary fermentation in the bottle. This classic Belgian method creates a particularly tasty and wholesome beer. We want to make available beer types that are still unknown in Austria or have been forgotten over the years. Alefried is brewed with high quality standards for connoisseurs who are looking for a change beyond the mass market. Alefried Biere should prepare both taste and visual joy. Therefore, each variety has its own illustration, which playfully explains the respective beer style with a small story.
