After nine days of fermentation, we give this beer twelve weeks to mature before it comes to the tap. Until then, they are joined by the roasted coffee aroma, caramel-honey-sweet chocolate notes surrounded by light floral tones. The Caféaroma does not come, as one might expect, from Café. Our beers are brewed strictly according to the purity law. Therefore, you need a fine touch to get through roasted malts these flavors, in our Coffee Stout.
