Beer description
We took the best bits from all the recipes so far in the series for this recipe. We looked at what hops we've used each time and in what combinations. And then we took a methodical approach to building the recipe with some base notes from sabro and columbus hops, some mid notes from idaho 7 and HBC630, and top notes from talus and cascade. Like the very successful Trop Out, this beer also ferments on hops to get more tropical flavors from biotransformation.
