Belgian beer culture is a UNESCO World Heritage Site - so it's high time to honor this characteristic part of Belgian culture with a magnificent visitor center and make all facets of Belgian brewing tradition an experience for visitors! More than 100 Belgian breweries have realized the project together with the city of Brussels.
Now the time has come. With a festive weekend from September 8 to 10, 2023, the world's largest interactive visitor center dedicated to Belgian beer and the art of brewing, Belgian Beer World, will open its doors.
The setting for the new visitor center in the middle of Brussels is fascinating and itself a World Heritage Site. In the lavishly restored former Belgian Stock Exchange, visitors can expect a spectacular excursion into the history of beer with many exciting historical insights and anecdotes.
The new visitor center appeals to all the senses: With the help of state-of-the-art technology, visitors slip into the role of a brewer, immerse themselves in a world of different aromas and create their own beer. The highlight at the end is a beer tasting with a breathtaking view over Brussels in the Skybar on the roof.
Of course, the experience center also includes a store with themed souvenirs and an outstanding selection of Belgian beers.
Tickets can be conveniently ordered online here.
