The monastery brewery Strahov belongs to the category of restaurant microbreweries with an annual exhibition of about 1000hl. We personally feel the role of the microbrewery as a producer of high quality special beers. Our beer Sv. Norbert, named after the founder of the Premonstratensian Order, based in the Strahov Monastery, is made only from natural raw materials - water, malt, hops and yeast. We fully respect the old beer purity law - Reinheitsgebot of 1516. Therefore, in our beer you will not find any hop extracts or sugar, the beer is unpasteurized and unfiltered. We leave in the beer everything that is good. St. Norbert contains residual brewing yeast containing vitamin B. In addition to light and dark Norbert, we produce beer specials and other occasional beers four times a year. No saint is as good as our Norbert! In total, we produce ten kinds of beer, three year-round and seven seasonally. The brewery brewery is Jan Martinka since 2009
