Birra Mastino

Birra Mastino is the craft brewery of the city of Verona, which inspired the name, the brand and all the names of the beers. Founded more than ten years ago, only since 2015 it has seen a rapid evolution in terms of production and organisation, which has led it to offer craft beers with a unique and distinctive character. The main vocation is oriented towards low-fermentation, with style beers that draw on this important brassic tradition. The careful selection of raw materials and continuous research into production techniques are the distinguishing features that allow the brewery to offer beers that are always well balanced and very stable. Since the beers are produced using the artisanal method, particular attention is paid to maturation, which takes place in horizontal tanks. This allows Mastino beers to be clean and clear without the need for filtration. Each beer is conceived and designed by Mauro Salaorni and Christian Superbi, the brewery's two partners, both of whom began their journey in the world of brewing before the brewery was founded: Mauro in the family brewery and Christian in major brewing companies.
