Strahov Sv. Norbert Cherry Mild

Cherry Mild is top-fermented flavored beer. It was cooked and fermented with the addition of fresh sour cherries from Lhenice in South Bohemia. The aim was to produce a light beer with tones of cherries in taste and aroma. The basis was the weaker English Brown Ale - also called Mild.
