Aged in Heaven Hills bourbon whiskey barrels, this Russian imperial stout is an ode to the research space-craft Cassini which finished its 20 years of service by crashing into Saturn. Toasty caramel-like flavors and dark chocolate give this dark beer a smooth finish.
