De Molen Cliffhanger

Pours a very dark brown with a medium light tan head. Has a lovely strong aroma of chocolate, bacon and camp fire ash. The taste is sweet with lots of milk chocolate, as well as some bitter dark chocolate, with lots of smokiness (more ash, bacon, other umami notes) with quite a firm and distinct bitterness at the back. The mouthfeel is a touch syrupy, the carbonation softish.
