When does the Challenge take place?

Saturday, 21. September from 10:00 to 19:00. (new date!!!)

So that you are professionally equipped, you will receive in this package

• 1x Official BeerTaster wristband
• 1x Official BeerTaster PIN (hiking pin)
• 1x 10 tokens - for one token you get a beer sample of approx. 0.1 litre

BeerTasting Challenge Vienna 2024 - What to expect

The breweries and the tasting-beers are hidden at 25 gastropubs in the city of Vienna. This is not always the case, some breweries travel especially for this event and take their delicious beer samples with them. The tasting of these beers is truly unique here.

Before the event, a map shows you roughly where the stations are located. If you really want to visit all the stations on these days, you will need to plan ahead and, of course, have a certain level of fitness.

But don't worry: 10 stations (silver BeerTasting-Challenge Vienna badge) are definitely achievable!

Please note: Tokens from the Munich or Salzburg challenges can of course also be used in Vienna!

Official BeerTaster wristband & hiking pin

All participants in the BeerTasting Challenge will receive a wristband and a hiking pin (Official BeerTaster pin) so that all Challenge participants can recognise each other.

The reward: ‘Official BeerTasting Challenge Vienna’ metal sign - when you accomplish 10 stations

Participants in the BeerTasting Challenge will receive an exclusive Official BeerTaster metal sign in the ‘BeerTasting Challenge Vienna’ edition when at least 10 stations have been reached. This will be checked via the BeerTasting APP. So you'd better keep up: 9 hours can pass very quickly! You can collect the metal sign from one of the service stations on the day of the event as soon as you have reached the target, or we can also send it to you by post. However, we will have to charge postage costs.
