The Kartäuser Doppelbock beer has a clear ruby brown color and a long-lasting head of foam. The aroma is malty and fruity. The first sip is sweet and reminiscent of dark cherries, as well as prune. The bitterness of the hops is only subtly noticeable. The perfect beer for cold winter days!
