Day 1 ::: the Käuzle Hell from Bavaria

200 years of brewing tradition: Kauzen Bräu. This brewery brews about 100,000 hl of beer in the Franken region. The highest quality through selected raw materials and permanent control gave this brewery an excellent reputation in Germany.
For the Brewer's Avent Calendar they filled their beer for the second time in a can.

In the video you can see Jacob Pritzl, the owner of the brewery.
We have invited him, to tell us something about his beer and his brewery.

Next to this video you can find in the net different other beer reviews.

Let us know how you enjoyed this beer. As well, let us know, how you would like to get informed about each beer on the beer tasting app. We would like to post every day something about the daily beer and some stories about the brewery. A review of the beer you can do on the beer site.
You can check out as well the brewery information site on the app, and can do a brewery review if you would like.

By the way - thank you to "Chad D" for the picture, that shows you enjoying the first beer.

Great first beer selection to lead off the beginning of Advent. Perfect amount of malt and not too hoppy. A very delicious and enjoyable Franken region beer.

The very essence of Bavaria, tastes as you would expect it too, nice balance. For some reason I did not find it as light as I expected
