Back in the south of Germany. From the beautiful Bavarian city of Rosenheim comes a fantastic German-Style Helles: Flötzinger Hell.
The Flötzinger brewery is firmly in family hands. Franz Steegmüller has been at the top of the brewery for 60 years. "Faithful to the good" is the slogan of the owner family. This is much more than marketing. It is a commitment to the quality of Flötzinger beers.
The beer variety is large, the assortment counts over 20 beers. These include Helles, Zwickl (unfiltered Lager), Pils, Dunkles, light beers, various wheat beers and many specialties. They are brewed according to the "Reinheitsgebot", the Bavarian Purity Law. Nevertheless, the brewery is not closed to new ideas, but combines the traditional art of brewing with the best modern technology. The careful handling of the precious raw materials, the German hops from, the malt from the region, runs through the entire production process. Time plays an important role. The beer matures for at least six weeks in the cold cellars of the Flötzinger Brewery before it is bottled.
Cheers!
