Brewer's Advent Day 1: Schnitzlbaumer Lagerbier Hell

Beer has been brewed at the Schnitzelbaumer private brewery for 440 years. The brewhouse is a jewel. Copper kettles shine brightly in the newly renovated brewhouse. The aroma of fresh wort wafts through the air. Tables are set up around the kettles. The guests are laughing and chatting happily. Freshly tapped Schnitzelbaumer beer is served, in a large, glass beer mugs. It smiles at us with a thick crown of foam.

A German Style Helles, Bavarian Lager. The favorite beer style of the Bavarians - next to the legendary wheat beer, of course.

Take a deep sip, dream yourself away to the brewhouse in Traunstein, enjoy the beer, enjoy life.

Started the calendar a little late... but this is a damn good beer. I chose to keep the beer out of the fridge and let it be room temp. Wish I had another one

Starting the Advent Calendar late but off to a great start.... Nice head on this bad boy and nice flavor. Nothing super special but also not bad at all... You can tell this beer is really fresh!!
