You were already friendly, you did not even think about brewing beer. More specifically, you know each other through the common school time in the HTL for food technology Hollabrunn. When finally the topic beer came to the material, you became noisy. Scripts and presentations were not enough for them and so you decided to just try the brewing. They organized the hops, malt and yeast and brewed the first brew provisionally in a mulled wine pot. At that time a wheat beer and tasted far better than we had imagined. With this experience as the foundation stone, you started the brewery career. The cauldrons and barrels became bigger, your taste buds more sensitive and the recipes more sophisticated. And before you knew it, you founded your own brewery.
