A beer that tastes great and also takes responsibility for the environment - so the full program - that would be WONDERFUL, we found. This gave rise to the idea of brewing a beer that is more sustainable than everything the big breweries have to offer. And that is exactly what we are doing now: good German beer with a lot of craftsmanship and regional ingredients, but at the same time brewed in an environmentally and climate-friendly manner.
