Description

The Westerwald Brewery is an owner-managed family brewery in its 5th generation. The award-winning beers are mainly sold in the Westerwald region and neighboring regions. The medium-sized company with around 90 employees and 13 trainees is famous for brewing with 100% aroma hops and the 6-week maturation period. The Westerwald brewery is one of the slow brewers and has been climate-neutral according to Scope 1, 2 & 3 since 2021 through offsetting.
