Weathered Ground Brewery

While trying to come up with a name for the brewery, they started to think about their journey… the places they have lived, their dearest friends, the ups and downs they have endured and how those moments have shaped their, and how they wanted those experiences to influence the brewery and their work there. They thought about future nights with new friends at the brewery and working days in the garden. Along with brewing and serving craft beer, they want to use this land to create memories for everyone. In a sense, they feel that their live are weathered, shaped, and molded by experiences, as well as theirrelationships. They feel this property too is weathered by the people and nature that passes by. Weathered Ground Brewery was born from these ideas. While they will brew many styles of beer, their general theme will be Belgian style beers. Many of these creations will incorporate local agriculture into the beer – whether it grows here naturally, in their garden, or on another local farm. THey enjoy brewing and drinking these libations, and wethey are proud to finally share that passion with southern West Virginia.
