In contrast to Pils and Altbier, which are also available as draft beer, Kölsch is only offered as bottled beer. It was launched in 2007. It is a full beer with 4.8% alcohol content. It is brewed in accordance with the German Beer Purity Law of 1516 by the Kölsch Brewery Sünner on Kalker Hauptstrasse in Cologne-Kalk in Lohnsud and thus complies with the Kölsch Convention of 1985. The client is the local trinkgut Brau- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.
