Tannzapfenbräu comes from the Hinterthurgau - or as we call it, the Tannzapfenland. We, that were three colleagues from Gunterhausen and Bichelsee, who learned the brewing trade at the Sevibräu in Sevelen for the pleasure of good beer and since 2010 in Maischhausen at Guntershausen in the old "Milchhüsli" brew our own beer and also offer for sale. All types of beer are brewed whenever possible and available with organic malt. In early 2013, Fredy left the brewing team due to workload. Since brewing is our hobby and not our profession, we can not guarantee that it always stocks every kind of beer - "it would have been that way"! Again and again we brew a new variety even after extensive testing. So be curious and inform yourself about our website. If you are interested, you can make an appointment for tasting or pick-up.
