Description
The pursuit of the highest quality and the desire to infect people with our passion for beer culture has characterized us since our foundation in 2016. Together with our former business partner, our first beer, Hacklermedizin, was brewed in a brewery in Schwertberg and became our long-running favorite. When we heard that the venerable brewery at the foot of Burg Clam was empty, we knew: we wanted to go there. Since summer 2018, the brewery has been run by my wife Beatrix and me, Gerhard Jax, on our own and according to our motto "Preserve the old - allow the new", we bring the historic building and our various beer creations to life bit by bit. In order to bring our handcrafted and high-quality beers to the people, we are already represented in many restaurants and in selected retail outlets. And that's not all: our brewery opens its doors to visitors at 12 noon every weekend.
