Description
The brewery is located at the end of the Laufbach valley in the Glashütte district of Lauf. Gently integrated into the valley landscape of the Northern Black Forest, in the immediate vicinity of the reservoir, at the foot of the Spitzbuckel. The source of the Spitzbuckel also springs from the Spitzbuckel, whose soft mountain spring water is the ideal basis for the enjoyable beers. Using the highest quality raw materials, traditional beers are brewed according to the German purity law of 1516. Regional malts and high quality hops are used. At the same time, great importance is attached to the yeast cultures used. After the main fermentation, the beers are bottled unfiltered. Now the second fermentation takes place as bottle fermentation. Every bottle is unique. Before being enjoyed, each beer is given a long maturation period in order to become a special taste experience.
