Description

Fri (t) sches beer from the Siegersdorfer brewing workshop The region around Pottendorf has always had a beer brewing tradition - the Siegersdorfer Thomas Fritsche wanted to revive it and enriched the actual wine town of Siegersdorf with his "Siegersdorfer Bauern Bräu". He started the first brewing attempts in 2007, after which he attended the vocational school for beer brewers and maltsters in Vienna. The farmer turned his passion into a second mainstay. In 2011 he moved into his new small brewing workshop with brewhouse, cold room, beer store and tasting room at Pottendorferstrasse 106. The small "craft brewery" impresses with the variety of beers - from traditional "Hellen" to "Jakobi". It is brewed with passion and love for the ingredients. The "Siegersdorfer" is bottled in 0.5 liter flip-top bottles or 18, 20, 25, 30 and 50 liter barrels and is available in a six-pack or in a 20-pack. A small tap is available for private parties.
