For almost 20 years now, Schoppe Braeu has been brewing a wide variety of - sometimes somewhat unusual - craft beers in Berlin. We do not use chemical filtration or heat treatment, which greatly benefits your taste. The Berlin craft beer scene has developed a lot since we started in 2001. We are proud to have shaped this lively development right from the start and are pleased that the consistency, quality and diversity of the beer trade is also gaining increasing recognition in general. We make beers that are remembered for their taste, not the last spot. Because their taste is fuller, more intense, more complex. We want to make the diversity of the luxury food “beer” tangible. To do this, we sometimes tread unused and unusual paths - off the beaten track. Nowadays it is called “craft beer”.
