Description
We are a small private brewery based in Fattigau near Hof an der Saale in Upper Franconia / Bavaria. For some time now, we have focused on the production of beer specialties. Our beers are produced according to traditional recipes, cold fermentation, long cold storage (maturation time in the storage tank approx. 6 weeks, bock beer 12 weeks), gentle filtration and without short-term heating (pasteurization). That is why we only guarantee a shelf life of 5 months. As the 1st Upper Franconian brewery, we have been producing our organic beer type "Bio Perle" since 1994 according to the specifications and guidelines of the Bioland Association. Since 2009 we have been brewing a light type of organic beer with around 2.7% alcohol. We take our brewing water from the brewery's own deep well at a depth of 98 m, the best soft brewing water, almost no nitrate pollution, only 1 mg / l.
