The Schlossbrauerei Friedenfels has been living and cultivating the Bavarian brewing tradition for over 125 years. Strictly according to the Bavarian Purity Law of April 23, 1516, specialty beers have been produced and sold since 1886 according to old traditions and the art of brewing. The ingredients water, hops and malt come from the region and are constantly subjected to strict controls.
